The name reflects her roots in Southern Jutland, where she learned to knit from her grandmother. It combines the Danish idea of sysle, occupying oneself with a craft or activity, with rige, a realm or kingdom. It is a fitting background for a business built around making and exploring colour.
Working with the character of hand dyeing
